Be Social. Social media can be your business’ best friend when used properly. Twitter and Facebook simplify online advertising by allowing you to target your exact audience. And, in most cases, it costs less than traditional print advertising. Take advantage of all the tools social media has to offer.
Be Charitable. People like free stuff. Your consumers are people so chances are they like free stuff too. Freebies not only attract new customers but they also keep loyal customers. Just don’t give away/discount too much product as this can affect its perceived value. Find that happy medium.
Be Grateful. No one gets to where they are without help. Make sure to give credit where credit is due.
